Over 50 years ago, I learned how to sharpen knives from a grizzled man who had forgotten more than I could possibly ever learn about the craft of knife sharpening.
For nearly eight years, my personal skills were honed as a professional butcher. Throughout my life, I have continued to sharpen knives and scissors for myself, friends, and family.
Now I have time to spare — but they say idle hands are the devil's playground. So I decided to keep my hands busy to keep the devil at bay.
I'm available to sharpen your knives. I stand behind my work. If you aren't satisfied with the finished results, I will resharpen your knives before I leave your premises.
My end goal is always to achieve a knife edge that exceeds that of high-end culinary knives. My proof lies in the cutting ability of the knives — but I can also provide measurable proof when the client desires it, using a professional sharpness testing instrument considered the gold standard in the industry.
